Moses Mawila – Agency has evolved organically alongside Moses’ professional journey. What began as an event management operation in Frankfurt developed into a boutique artist booking structure in Berlin and ultimately matured into a focused Coaching and Consulting practice. The progression reflects a shift from execution toward strategy, structural thinking and long-term development within the creative industries.

Today, the agency offers 1:1 Artist Coaching, Label Consulting and Event Consulting, supporting artists, collectives and cultural organisations with more than a decade of hands-on industry experience. In addition to his work in independent music culture, Moses brings expertise gained through institutional collaborations, public-facing cultural projects and cross-sector partnerships. This combination of underground credibility and institutional insight allows him to operate fluently between creative scenes, administration and strategic development environments.

The aim is to translate experience into structure, helping clients refine direction, strengthen decision-making and build projects that are resilient, credible and economically viable.

Frozilla is the DJ and producer alias of Moses Mawila. He held a four-year monthly residency at Renate, consistently shaping dancefloors and refining a recognisable sonic identity within one of Berlin’s most influential club environments. He has also played regularly at Club der Visionäre, Hoppetosse and other key spaces within Berlin’s underground circuit.

Beyond Germany, he has performed internationally in Paris, Brussels, Greece, India, Yangon and Valencia, steadily expanding his presence across diverse cultural contexts and scenes.

Musically, Frozilla operates between two distinct but connected modes. On house-driven nights, he navigates between house, breakbeat and electro, building trippy, playful yet driving grooves with a strong sense of swing and narrative flow. In more techno-oriented contexts, he shifts toward a high-energy blend of techno, trance and drum and bass, shaping atmospheric and dynamic journeys.

His sets are guided less by genre boundaries and more by tension, pacing and spatial awareness. Each performance responds to the room, the audience and the moment, resulting in an eclectic but deliberate approach rooted in storytelling, contrast and emotional arc.

System Error has become Moses’ central creative ecosystem over the past years. What began during and after the COVID lockdowns as an outlet for continuity and experimentation evolved into a multi-layered label structure with numerous sub-labels and a wide artistic spectrum.

System Error has consistently served as a platform for emerging artists, offering first releases, first professional club gigs, structured feedback, visual identity and a credible framework to present their work. For many newcomers, it has provided an important step between raw potential and professional positioning.

At its core, System Error prioritises strong music, long-term artist relationships and meaningful development. It stands for responsible curation, accessible entry points into the industry and a commitment to strengthening the foundations of the next generation.

S/E-STUDIO is a creative studio founded by Moses Mawila, evolving from years of hands-on work in artwork, label design and visual world-building into a focused platform for identity construction and creative direction. What began as an experimental extension of his own projects has matured into a studio with a clear aesthetic language and a strong understanding of cultural positioning.

Working across music, events, fashion, art and brand development, S/E-STUDIO specialises in projects rooted in subculture and forward-thinking environments. Its approach goes beyond surface-level design, combining visual boldness with structural thinking to build coherent identities that communicate depth, intention and long-term relevance.

LowMoneyMusicLove was co-founded in 2013 by Moses together with DJ Tjizza, Venus News Network and Roderick Merkx. Initially rooted between Frankfurt and Amsterdam, the label later established its operational base in Berlin while remaining grounded in the foundational ethos of house, minimal and microhouse culture. What began as a small collective initiative has developed into a respected and enduring platform defined by precision, restraint and curatorial clarity.

Over more than a decade, LowMoneyMusicLove has built a catalogue that balances scene-defining artists with carefully selected emerging voices. The imprint is recognised for its refined aesthetic, long-term artist relationships and commitment to subtle innovation rather than trend alignment. LMML stands as a consistent and trusted presence within the international underground, prioritising quality, continuity and cultural depth over short-term visibility.

Sundowner began in 2020 as an open air event series at ELSE, creating a space defined by warmth, openness and shared discovery. What started as a seasonal gathering evolved into a close-knit community of local and international artists and listeners, united by curiosity for emerging sounds and genuine connection.

As the format matured, Sundowner expanded beyond the physical dancefloor into a media extension featuring curated DJ mixes and in-depth conversations. This shift allowed the platform to remain active year-round, offering artists visibility, narrative context and a documented body of work rather than isolated appearances.

From the outset, the focus has been on newcomers and rising talent. Sundowner functions as an accessible entry point into underground culture while maintaining a clear curatorial identity. Rooted in community and artistic discovery, it exists to create continuity, not just events, and to provide emerging artists with meaningful, intentional exposure.

Hypernormal is a long-term artist development platform and evolving cultural framework designed for emerging artists who seek clarity, resilience and strategic growth rather than short-term hype. It operates as a flexible management and label structure built around depth, accountability and sustainable positioning.

Working across electronic music, hip hop, soul, indie, rock and pop, Hypernormal focuses on strengthening artistic identity, decision-making capacity and structural foundations. The emphasis lies not only on releases or visibility, but on building durable careers through aligned strategy, intentional brand architecture and informed industry navigation.

The model is intentionally adaptive and internationally oriented. Instead of rigid management contracts or one-size-fits-all roadmaps, Hypernormal combines recurring strategic dialogue, mentoring, network access and selective operational support based on actual needs. Artists retain agency while gaining structure.

EYES ON is an independent editorial platform documenting and analysing contemporary underground culture across music, art, society and politics. It operates as a space for depth rather than noise, focusing on context, critical thinking and long-form storytelling instead of trend cycles.

Covering electronic music, hip hop, indie, experimental and adjacent cultural movements, EYES ON highlights artists, collectives and initiatives that shape cultural discourse beyond mainstream visibility. The platform is not driven by hype but by substance, exploring how creative work intersects with identity, power structures, community formation and social change.

Through interviews, essays, features and collaborative contributions, EYES ON functions as both archive and conversation. It connects local scenes with international movements, amplifies overlooked perspectives and contributes to a more reflective, responsible cultural dialogue.
