Moses Mawila is a project and event manager, entrepreneur, and creative working at the intersection of music, culture, and community. With over a decade of experience in Berlin’s electronic music scene, he has built and managed multiple record labels, curated events, and developed platforms that support emerging artists locally and internationally. His work spans artist coaching, label consulting, event production, and cultural initiatives, always with a focus on empowerment, exchange, and building sustainable networks.
My coaching approach is centred on empowering artists to grow sustainably, both creatively and professionally. I combine industry knowledge with a personalised, hands-on style that adapts to each artist’s needs — from refining artistic vision and strategy to building structures that foster consistency and long-term development. I see coaching as a partnership: providing guidance, accountability, and perspective while encouraging self-discovery and independence, so artists can confidently shape their own path in music and beyond.
