Since 2022, Moses has been sharing his experience more directly through artist coaching and strategic consulting. He works one-to-one with artists to support long-term development, helping them clarify their positioning, strengthen their structures and make more intentional career decisions.

Alongside this, he advises labels, institutions and brands across the cultural sector. His consulting focuses on strategic positioning, organisational clarity and sustainable growth, bridging creative ambition with operational and structural realities.

His approach combines hands-on industry experience with long-term strategic thinking. Rather than offering quick fixes, he works towards durable frameworks that empower artists and organisations to operate with greater clarity, independence and direction.

Moses, also known under his artist alias Frozilla, is a Berlin-based DJ and producer whose work is rooted in over 14 years of involvement in electronic music and cultural infrastructure. His practice moves fluidly between club culture, radio and international showcases, reflecting both underground credibility and long-term artistic evolution.

Beyond his club sets, he holds a quarterly radio residency at Refuge Worldwide, where he explores a broader musical spectrum beyond the dancefloor, ranging from house and minimal to soul, jazz and leftfield electronics. His productions reflect a similar curiosity, balancing rhythmic depth with atmospheric detail.

Rather than chasing trends, his artistic direction is shaped by cultural context, long-term thinking and a commitment to building meaningful sonic narratives across different formats and spaces.

With over a decade of experience in label management and A&R, Moses has co-founded LowMoneyMusicLove, launched System Error and its sub-labels, and most recently founded Hypernormal. His work combines a sharp instinct for timeless yet forward-thinking sounds with a holistic approach to artist development — spanning release strategy, creative direction, and community building. By curating distinct label identities and fostering sustainable structures, he creates opportunities for emerging artists while expanding the reach of underground music.

Moses works as a cultural architect at the intersection of music, infrastructure and community. Drawing on more than a decade of experience building platforms such as System Error and collaborating across institutional and underground contexts, he designs ecosystems that connect artists, audiences and organisations in meaningful, long-term ways. His work focuses on creating resilient structures, aligning vision with strategy, and shaping cultural spaces that generate both artistic relevance and sustainable growth.

Moses has deepened his commitment to the electronic music industry through active involvement with Clubcommission, Berlin Music Commission, VUT, AFEM, and Music Women* Germany. Since 2023, he has worked at Clubcommission, managing events for the Club Culture Hub. His work includes curating conferences on club culture and real estate, developing new event formats, organising networking events, and leading the Tag der Clubkultur Awards in 2023 and 2024.

In 2023, Moses co-founded Spaceholder – Verein für gemeinwohlorientierte Raumentwicklung, alongside a group of dedicated professionals. The association’s mission is to create, secure, and protect cultural spaces in response to the pressures of gentrification. Through supporting other collectives and initiatives, as well as working to secure spaces of its own, Spaceholder advocates for community-driven, sustainable models of cultural development.

Moses’ event management portfolio spans more than a decade and reflects a broad range of cultural formats — from raves, club nights, and label showcases to award ceremonies, variété shows, readings, pop-ups, exhibitions, and workshops. His work is characterised by a strong sense of curation, attention to detail, and the ability to bring diverse communities together. Whether producing large-scale events or intimate gatherings, Moses takes pride in creating unique experiences that connect people, highlight creativity, and strengthen cultural networks.

Since 2023, Moses has channelled his creative energy into visual design, producing artworks for records, events, podcasts, websites, and clothing/merchandise. His style reflects a close connection to music culture, blending bold aesthetics with conceptual depth to give each project a distinct identity. Soon, his design work will be showcased under the name S/E-Studio, envisioned as a platform to present and expand his creative output while connecting design with his wider ecosystem of cultural projects.

With several years of experience in artist booking and logistics, Moses has worked with some of the most renowned names in electronic music. This background has equipped him with extensive knowledge in booking, negotiations, and contracting, as well as the logistical and touring aspects of artist management. His expertise spans the full spectrum of planning and coordination, ensuring smooth processes for both artists and organisers.
