From initial concept to operational reality. For cultural projects, initiatives, and institutions navigating the gap between vision and structure.
Independent culture rarely fails for lack of ideas. It fails because the structural foundation underneath the idea is missing — the legal entity, the funding pipeline, the institutional relationships, the operational rhythm that turns a good concept into something that survives its second year.
This is consulting work for projects, e.V.s, initiatives, and institutions that need to think structurally without losing their original spirit. The output isn't a slide deck. It's clarity about what to build, in what order, with whom, and how to position it within the landscape of public funding, private partnerships, and peer networks.
Engagements range from single advisory sessions to long-term retained partnerships. Some clients need help reshaping an existing organisation; others are starting from scratch and need someone in the room while the first decisions get made.
Most engagements move through these four stages over 4–12 weeks. Long-term retainers continue in stage 04.
Free first call. Understanding the project, the people behind it, the constraints, and the actual question being asked.
A written strategic outline: structural recommendations, funding map, immediate vs. mid-term moves, and clear next steps.
Hands-on involvement in the work itself — paperwork, applications, introductions, structural decisions, board prep.
Optional. A monthly rhythm of strategic check-ins, decision support, and continued representation as the project grows.
Send a short note about the project, the stage you're at, and what you're trying to solve. The first call is free and we'll figure out from there whether this is the right fit.
