-music for me-
For me, music has always been something that enriches everybody's life, that lifts you up but also can bring you down. Music helps you to open up to your emotions and amplify them. And it has the power to bring people together everywhere. That is the beauty of music for me.

-work philosophy-
Working in the music industry you meet a lot of different types of people. For me doing this job always meant to search for like-minded individuals and collectives sharing the same or similar views. Sharing knowledge and opportunities, working together, helping each other and understanding each other.
Long lasting relationships and friendships have always and always will be the base for what I'm doing and for what we will achieve together! To rather go on a long lasting journey together, than just taking a short trip into fame and fortune and fade away afterwards...

-what comes next-
We are setting our goals high not to just become a successful and influential agency and community of artists but also to help take our whole movement to the next stage with new collaborations, collective efforts, sharing of knowledge & resources and working on providing a platform for young emerging artists, seasoned selectors, old and new formats all together!
